• No shipping to AK and HI. My shipping days are Monday and Tuesday. Plants are packed with care and proper protection. However, I cannot be responsible for damages or delays due to USPS service. All plants are live and healthy but keep in mind they may experience stress from the journey. Some plants may be sent without a pot but will have hydration and protection around the roots. All plants are shipped Ground Advantage. Occasionally, some are shipped Priority to ensure there is a short travel time in order to lessen days of stress on the plant.

• We currently do not offer special gift packaging. We hope to be able to offer it in the future. We do, however, keep our packaging to a minimum in order to keep shipping cost effective and environmentally friendly. Some shipping boxes or bags may be tastefully secondhand. We ask that you please recycle any packaging materials in your order.

Due to hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns. Please contact us immediately if your item arrived damaged. Please also take a picture of the damaged items. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please message us so that we can make your experience with us a great one.

We pack all plants with care. Please know that once the plant is in the hands of the USPS, the care of handling and weather are out of our control. Please take lots of care for your plant once you receive it. It will be stressed upon arrival.

If your plant arrives in a pot, do not repot immediately. It is already in the best soil that we currently offer. If your plant arrives bare root, please plant in the best soil and give it a drink.

Provide your plant with the brightest indirect sunlight possible or place it underneath a grow light. After a few weeks of getting acclimated, place your plant in its permanent spot in your home.

• Reusable Pads Inventory

• Reusable Pads Care Instructions

Before your first use:

Your reusable pads should always be washed before first use. They will become more absorbent with each wash due to the nature of the fibers. Optimum absorption begins after about five washes.

After use:

Prewash in cold water with OxyClean or hydrogen peroxide. Follow up with a regular wash.

For an extra sanitary option, use Lysol Laundry Sanitizer on the Sanitary wash cycle if your washer has the option. Add an extra rinse.

• How Do I Use The Reusable Pads?

The pretty side of the pad faces downward towards your underwear. The solid color fleece faces upwards. Fold the wings downward around your underwear and snap the buttons to hold in place.

• Do The Reusable Pads Come With Individual Wrappers?

They do not come with individual wrappers. We offer wet pouches. The wet pouches are leak proof so they are perfect to carry in your purse. Use one for clean pads and one for used pads. When you are at work or out enjoying your day, change your pad just like you would a disposable pad. Except, your used pad goes in your wet pouch instead of the trash. Once you get home, toss it with your other used pads and wash at your convenience. Check our listings for different pouch sizes.

• How Exactly Do I Store My Used Pads?

Store them in a wet pouch. You can store them until you are done with your menstrual cycle. Leave a little space in the zipper for airflow. Once you are ready, take them out of the pouch and wash as instructed. If you leave your used pads for too long, there is a possibility of odor. Washing well will always clean them and restore them like new.
